THRUXTON
Its 865cc, air-cooled, twin cylinder power plant, the most powerful of Triumph’s twin cylinder line-up, becomes fuel injected for 2008, bringing the Thruxton inline with the forthcoming Euro 3 legislation. The fuel injected engine is cleaner running than the carburettor version, runs smoother and is easier to fire up from a cold start. The cool café racer styling that defines the Thruxton remains uncompromised as the fuel injectors have been cleverly concealed by throttle bodies designed to look like carburettors. The fuel filler cap seal has been redesigned and the cap is now 60% easier to release. Peak power output of 70PS (69bhp) is delivered at 7400rpm and peak torque of 70Nm (52ft.lbf) arrives at 5800rpm. T100 BONNEVILLE
Adding subtle touches to the uncluttered Bonneville form, the T100 wears a little extra to mark its connection with the classic ‘deluxe’ speedster of the sixties. And along with the Bonneville, the T100 has moved with the times, receiving a fuel injected engine for 2008 to bring it in line with the forthcoming Euro 3 legislation. The fuel injected engine is cleaner running than the carburettor version, and is easier to fire up from a cold start. But the bike doesn’t lose its legendary retro styling as the throttle bodies have been designed to look just like carburettors whilst cleverly concealing the fuel injectors. The fuel filler cap seal has also been redesigned and the cap is now 60% easier to release. MORE...

SCRAMBLER
The authentic styling of the Scrambler is what makes the motorcycle so unique, yet the technology is as modern as it can be, and for 2008 the bike receives an 865cc fuel injected engine to bring it bang up-to-date with the forthcoming Euro 3 emissions legislations. The fuel injection system is cleaner running than the carburettor version, runs more smoothly and is easier to fire up from a cold start. The retro styling remains uncompromised as the fuel injectors have been cleverly concealed by throttle bodies designed to look like carburettors. The fuel filler cap seal has been redesigned making the cap 60% easier to open. Peak power of 60PS (59bhp) arrives at 6,800rpm, with maximum torque of 69Nm (51ft.lbf) available at 4,750rpm, and is fed to the rear wheel via a five-speed gearbox and chain final drive. MORE...
